Order#692261 : terrible experience dealing with savaria they don’t even know how to manufacture the stairlift properly ...the angle turn was totally off and it was a long waiting for the new part to arrive , horrible customer service they don’t care about the hardships people with disabilities face, I will recommend not using this company ever

November of this year the instillation of a Vuelift octagonal shaped acrylic elevator was completed. This product was recommended by our interior designer and contractor. We have lived in our home for over 32 years. Moving was something we did not want to do. Our house was built in the early 1980s and had a finished basement. The only room unfinished was our furnace room. The living room is above it. It was the perfect place to put the elevator. It goes to the second floor using a bedroom we no longer need. I have been very satisfied with Savaria's work and service. For seniors like ourselves it is the answer to live comfortably and safely in a home we love.

Wow The representative I got in contact with..... Mike Berg expected me to do all the leg work and wouldn’t even come to the site. Literally he said “treat me like a 10 year old snd that I am disabled”!!!!!! Unbelievable poor customer service. He needs to find a job he is interested in! Not sure about the rest of the company but if he is an example of service provided by this company, then stay away! Contacted numerous other companies and they are happy to do an on site visit!!! 1 star was too high
